There will be NO workouts the week of July 29- August 2. Our regular workout schedule will resume Monday, August 5th.
Summer workouts will begin Monday, June 17 from 7:30-8:15am. Training will continue throughout the summer on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday from 7:30-8:15 am.
